The Tretyakov Gallery is the largest museum in Russia, which was created by the merchant Pavel Tretyakov in 1856. An extensive collection of works of fine art, from the 11th to the 21st century, is collected in the Tretyakov Gallery. Currently, the museum presents paintings, icons, sculptures, graphics, the best examples of decorative and applied art. Here are the canvases of Vasnetsov, Shishkin, Vrubel, Roerich, Nesterov and other Russian painters.

The Marfo-Mariinsky Convent is a nunnery with a special way of life, which was laid here by the founder of the monastery, Princess Elizabeth Feodorovna. It was established in 1909. Today the monastery is located along Bolshaya Ordynka street.

St. Basil's Cathedral on Red Square is a famous landmark, a symbol of Russia and Moscow. The cathedral was built in honor of the capture of Kazan on the orders of Ivan the Terrible in early 1552. In 1931, the monument was moved to the monument to Kuzma Minin and Dmitry Pozharsky. Also in the building there is a branch of the State Historical Museum.

Manege is a historical building on Mokhovaya Street, where since 1957 exhibitions, presentations and exhibitions have been held. It was founded in 1817 in honor of the victory of Russia in the Patriotic War. Initially, according to Alexander I, the building was intended to house an infantry regiment for 2000 people and a military drill. This was a very difficult task for the architect. The building width of 45 m does not have internal supports, because the load falls on the outer walls.

The monument to Peter I is the work of the sculptor Tsereteli, established in 1997 at the request of the Moscow government. The place where Peter stands is an artificial island between the Moscow River and the Vodootvodny Canal. The sculpture is raised 98 meters high. The growth of the emperor is 18 m.

Today, the MHH is a territory for exhibitions, fairs, vernissages and events, where small shops and a vegetarian restaurant coexist peacefully with expositions. The building has the status of a monument of architecture. In 1917, Mayakovsky and Burliuk, Bryusov and Lunacharsky read poetry in the walls of the artist's house. Here, the first "Stranger" Meyerhold was staged, and in the thirties the artists wrote "Windows TASS".

The Moscow Kremlin is a fortress in the heart of the capital. It is the central socio-political and historical and artistic city complex. The fortress is located on the left bank of the Moskva River. The walls and towers, which we see today, were erected in 1485-1516. The total length of the walls is 2235 m, the height is up to 19 m, the thickness is up to 6.5 m. Along the walls are built 20 towers. The highest - Troitskaya - rises above the ground at 79.3 m. Now the Moscow Kremlin has the status of the official residence of the Russian president.

The museum is named after the handicraft settlement of Kadashevskaya, located in Zamoskvorechye, opposite the Kremlin. Craftsmen who lived here, earned weaving, sewed dresses and things for the royal family and retinue. The complex consists of the Church of the Resurrection of Christ in Kadashi, the building of the 17th century, the bell tower "Kadashevskaya candle" and the museum exposition located in the former buildings of craft workshops.
